What this website collects
- No analytics, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
- Display preference: your “Night” or “Day” choice is stored only in your browser (local storage). It is never sent anywhere and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
- Technical data: to serve and protect the website, our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. processes technical connection data (IP address, browser type, date and time). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working properly.
- Access request: the “Request access” form collects your name, your company (optional), your business email, the country of your business and the description of your search, together with the date of your consent. This information is used only to review your request, reply to you and, if it is accepted, prepare your access. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. It is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. and reviewed by a member of our team. Retention: three years after our last exchange.
- Bot protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical data from your browser to tell humans from bots, without advertising cookies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse.
- Your messages: if you write to us directly, we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Retention: three years after our last exchange.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible to the Univers Numérique team and to our technical providers (hosting, database and bot protection: Cloudflare, Inc.; email). Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or the European Union; such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by law (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country: in the United Kingdom, the ICO (ico.org.uk); in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Company data processed by FALCO
FALCO relies only on lawful, public sources (official registers, open data, information published by the companies themselves). Anyone whose business contact details appear in our results can ask where they come from and object to their use by writing to the same address.
